On September 8, 2022, the founding meeting and the first general meeting of shareholders of Mount Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd. were successfully held in the conference room of the company (Phase II factory) by means of on-site video. All shareholders or representatives of the sponsors of Mount Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd., candidates for directors of the first Board of Directors, candidates for supervisors of the first Board of Supervisors, proposed senior managers and representatives of intermediaries attended the meeting.

At the meeting, all the sponsor shareholders or representatives reviewed and passed the Report on the Preparation of Mount Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd., the Proposal on the Establishment of Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd., the Proposal on the Formulation of the Articles of Association of Mount Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd. and other proposals, and unanimously agreed to change "Huangshan Gujie Heat Dissipation Technology Co., Ltd." as a whole to establish "Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd.".

The meeting passed a vote and elected the members of the first board of directors and non employee representative supervisors of the first supervisory board of the joint-stock company (together with the employee representative supervisors to form the first supervisory board). Subsequently, the first board of directors of the joint-stock company held its first meeting, elected the company's chairman, and hired the company's executive team. At the same time, the first board of supervisors of the joint-stock company held its first meeting and elected the chairman of the board of supervisors.

The convening of Mount Huangshan Gujie Co., Ltd. and the first general meeting of shareholders opened a new chapter in the development history of Mount Huangshan Gujie.
